How it all started

I am not a technologist. After fifteen years in financial services working in transformation, operating models, organizational efficiency, I did for myself what I usually do for my clients: I built my own operating model. I mapped how I spent my time, restructured, connected my tools, and let machines handle what they handle best. When large language models arrived in 2023, I was ready: not because I am technical, but because I already had a structure to use them in. I tested, I failed several times, I rebuilt. I learned AI the way you learn a language: vocabulary first, then grammar, then full sentences, then thinking in it.

Why I do this

In parallel, my passion for people led me to become a certified professional coach and to study how humans actually learn, how memory works, how people change concretely. My conviction: the people in the middle of organisations, the ones who actually make things run, deserve more than "playing with the tool", a webinar and good luck. They deserve a real path, real practice, and someone who has walked it before them.

At individual level

Your talents are not afraid of AI. They are afraid of being left behind without a plan. We build the vocabulary first — what AI can do, what it cannot, and where human judgement stays essential. Then we practice, on their own tasks. Finally comes the step most programmes skip entirely: stepping back from their role to name what stays human, what becomes AI-assisted, and which new role they might grow into.

At organisational level

Some challenges are not individual, they are structural: processes never redesigned for AI, governance that does not exist yet, roles nobody has redefined. We start with a diagnostic of your operating model and your processes as they actually run today, and we redesign them with the people who hold them.

Evidence, not a feeling

Each participant assesses their level at the beginning and at the end. The gap is not a feeling: it is data you can show your leadership team. And on an agreed timeline, we check again: who actually moved, who took on new responsibilities, what changed in practice. That is what "from adoption to impact" means: not adoption of a tool, but of a new way of working — visible, measurable, and owned by the person.
