Data collected
Diagnostic answers stay in your browser. When you send the contact form, we receive your first name, last name, email, optionally your company, the selected context, your message, your axis scores and the site language.
Purpose
This data is used solely to handle your request and prepare a relevant conversation. It is never resold or used for unsolicited outreach.
Purchases and payments
When you buy a programme (AI Kickstart Accelerator or PILOT), your email and the order amount are stored in our secured database. Payment is processed by Stripe: your card details never transit through our site and we never have access to them.
Confirmation emails
After a purchase, you automatically receive a confirmation email sent from notify.mindessentia.com, with the programme name and the amount paid. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
Retention periods
Contact requests and submitted diagnostics are kept for a maximum of 12 months, then deleted. Purchase and invoicing data are kept for 10 years, in line with accounting obligations.
Subprocessors
Two providers process data on our behalf: Stripe for secure payment, and Lovable for site hosting and transactional email delivery.
Legal basis
Processing relies on your explicit consent, collected when you submit the form. Retention periods are detailed in the dedicated section.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent, via the Contact page or by replying to any of our emails.
Analytics
The site sets no advertising cookie and uses no third-party tracker for profiling.
